I have a problem that everytime the user asks a question and the AI Answers it. The chatbot saves the answer and adds it to its knowledge base automatically. So if the answer is re asked again. The AI Bot will answer the same exact answer 2 times. 1 time from the KB 1 time from the AI Chatbot.
