When I am trying to set bot into always active

I was trying to find out chat id, used this link in browser to get it https://api.telegram.org/bot/getUpdates
it said that you need to turn of web hook , i turned it off and retreived the chat id
then bot got dead in telegram and i thought it is not alive , so i turned "bot always online" off and tried to turn it on again and got into this error

are you able to enable always alive on any other bots in your workspace?

@bumpy-butcher-41910 Yes, I was able to enable it on another bot (but had to refresh page several times cause information did not update) . I've enabled/disabled other bot and went back to the one with the issue and tried to enable always alive on it. But it did not work with the same error message "An unexpected error occurred when trying to process your request. (Error ID: err_20240718081835xA37D3AE6)"

try republishing then try it again? If not will prob need to open a ticket

No, it did not help. Getting the same: "An unexpected error occurred when trying to process your request. (Error ID: err_20240724100511x4B361E85)" @microscopic-shampoo-2255 @bumpy-butcher-41910 @User please clarify how to submit support ticket? There is no such button in the admin panel.

Hi @bumpy-butcher-41910 I've done the way you explained, once I clicked on "report bug" pop up window appeared with some form to describe the bug. hey @microscopic-jewelry-80255, sorry for the delay - been trying to source the cause of this issue. thanks for reporting the bug. some additional information might be helpful: can you record your screen as you try to enable always alive on the bot of your choice? I'd like to see the issue reproduced in real time. if possible, can you also try this on a different browser/computer, and also try emptying your cache/cookies & hard reloading?

I also can not access https://studio.botpress.cloud/ for two days in a row, can't do any changes in any of my bots
I just realised that that couple of days ago Botpress has restricted access to Studio from Thailand where i am currently traveling.

interesting, I'm sorry to hear that. it's possible that the inability to activate always alive is connected to you being in Thailand
can you do me a favour and try activating always alive not from the 'Recent' menu but from the 'Bots' menu?

@bumpy-butcher-41910 No, activation of always alive is not dependant on my current location. I've tried it with VPN and it gives the same error. Also it is an issue related to this particular bot. Always alive works with other bots in my account

Therefore I think the best workaround for now is to export the bot and import it in another bot..

I can´t access webchat/theme section after update the CSS code. Iget "Unexpecter error ocurred. An issue has ocurred. Please retry" but it stays like that for days now
Any help?
