I'm getting a lot of timeouts across several bots. Delays as much as 30-60 seconds too. I'd have to submit a bot report for like 10 bots.

or spin indefinitely

The same issue, chatbots are dead slow. This particular chatbot is set to always alive. But it goes to sleep in between and does not respond, it starts responding after I see the log => chatbot is alive. we're having this same issue over the last few days
i even built the world's simplest bot in a new account and it is really slow just replying with text cards

Same here in South Korea. Chatbot is extremely slow. (Always alive is enabled) 😨

Same issues in India as well. Bot is misbehaving terribly, any disruptions link or downtime link where we can track which all services have been affected.
@crooked-van-25152 DMing you the bot id and account details, its misbehaving terribly since last couple of hours. Possible to assign someone to debug this

hi everyone - we just pushed a fix that should resolve these issues. you will likely need to re-publish your bot if you're still experiencing delays. can you all confirm for me whether your issues have been resolved?

@bumpy-butcher-41910 is there an RCA on this and also how did it not make it into the status tracker? I would have appreciated knowing the service performance was degraded and not hearing it from thousands of customers.
