I'm using the messaging API for a custom channel. When one API request is made (with the message payload), botpress seems to be registering the messages multiple times, and hence are giving multiple responses when there should be one. Theres also a large influx of 502 errors. We have had to bypass all our bots now as they are spamming our clients with duplicate messages. Also, we loaded more credits and it seems as if we are being charged for the duplicates as we have gone up to 75% usage already this morning.
