I constantly get this message whenever I send a video file

07/19/2024, 8:05 PMMy current way with images is by downloading the media sending the id to an endpoint whatsapp has in its docs and then uploading that file to an s3 bucket

07/19/2024, 8:06 PMBut videos are simply not being read at all, its as if the bot simply ignores that message and still waits for another user input, thus I cant process it

It seems like when the user sends a video on WhatsApp the video isn't registered as an input from the user.
