I think I am just speaking for myself here but it is challenging to search for previous conversations like if I wanted to search for a conversation pertaining to job application, it takes a while to retrieve. I hope there is better UI for this.

Yeah I think the same. It could be easier

I’m developing a SaaS application that integrates directly with Botpress and operates independently of the Botpress dashboard. It provides real-time visibility into all conversations, grouped by Botpress user ID, and includes the ability for agents to proactively initiate Human in the Loop (HITL) interventions.
