I have a scenario where bot tries to engage with users that are not responding after the 1st bot interaction. Every 4 hours, I need to send a message and try to engage with user, and after 2-3 message if the user does not engage then the conversation ends. I am trying to implement this with WhatsApp integration. How do I implement this?

Hey @broad-teacher-42540, have you tried the new triggers? You could try putting a schedule trigger for four hours and see if that meets your use case

@acceptable-gold-88171 would be better equipped to help with this! I'm sure there's a workaround, but since Triggers will soon be released, I would say it's probably easier to hold off for a few days.
