hi, we were implementing our knowledge base to the bot. unfortunately when we test it the questions wrong. We really dont know were we did it wrong. Does someone know where to check or where to fix?

Hey @wide-fall-78536 , what kind of knowledge base are you using? The way you structure the information in your document can also impact comprehension. If you'd like, feel free to message me directly, and I can assist you with something. Additionally, In my personal experience, some PDF and Doc, files are not read with high accuracy. I always achieve success when I convert them to plain text, as it improves the bot's understanding and makes modifying information easier.

@wide-fall-78536 I changed my kb to a comprehensive Q&A. The answers improved a lot but sometimes it still slips through the cracks ☺️

Hi Lola. did you generate the comprehensive Q&A using chatgpt and fed it back to KB. If so would you mind share your prompt of asking for generate Q&A.

@green-answer-87939 here is the prompt:" Create a Q&A section for a product description page. Consider a wide range of potential questions that users might ask about the product. Provide detailed and accurate answers for each question, ensuring that the information is clear and helpful. The goal is to create a comprehensive Q&A that addresses various aspects of the product, its features, functionality, compatibility, maintenance, warranty, and more. Format the Q&A in a way that allows for easy copy and paste of both questions and answers." I also created another kb called special instructions where I added(still adding) instructions for answers that didn't come out correctly. This seemed to help.
