"There are 37 documents in the database which are not used in your knowledge bases. They may affect your bot's answers" Every few hours when I go into Edit mode, the number of documents it's listing that are not being used in the database increases. I don't even have 37 documents in the Library. Any idea what's going on here?

just say remove documents

it keeps the memory if you dont clear it.

Im having this same issue also. I dont want to "remove documents" because that might effect my knowledge base. i think its a bug.

@straight-secretary-60237 I clicked removed and it's not impacting my Chat Bot ability to answer questions. I think the Botpress team needs to re-word that error to be less ambiguous.

@acoustic-fish-84489 that is good to hear! I would check testing you web deployment versions. It impacted my webchat deployment to have no KB. i had to make a new bot from scratch. it still worked in the dashboard and everything, except for when i had the code snippet on the actual website.

My KB still exists even after clicking the "Remove documents" button, including access on the website.
