Hello, I uploaded ~600 articles a few days ago and they appear to be stuck in processing. I don't see any with the spinning icon. How long does this usually take? Does the green checkmark denote the article has been entered into the knowledge base? There's a distinct gap in knowledge on my bot where the articles appear to not be processed.

Have you tried just deleting your knowledge base and recreating it with only these articles

But even if they are stuck on "loading" are you still able to ask questions and get the answer of each articles?

Well, I don't know what is causing this

I've had issues loading stuff in the past. Sometimes it helps to delete the stuck ones and try adding them again. The old unplug it and plug it in again hack. 🔌 Worked for me. ☺️
