Hey there, For it to capture multiple things, you have to type it in manually.
It also looks like you should try clearing your cache. That should get rid of the weird names that are showing up
m
hey Decay, the manual input does not work properly. I think I would have to use an AI task to classify the raw user input into the proper countries instead.
As for weird names, I tried clearing cache but it's still the same. But it's alright, I'm used to it already 😄

Hey there, Could you create a new post here in #1111009377525186570 with some more information. Like screenshots of your multiple choice card, and where it didn't work. Just so we don't flood other people's help post 🙂
e
What Decay meant by manual input is to type in the multiple options, like: Apple, Pear, Orange; instead of selecting a single option in the dropdown
There’s still not a checkbox feature for the webchat/emulator, that would be the best solution here
f
Yes! Thank you Guilhermy🦸‍♂️ 💎

hey @early-train-33247 and @fresh-fireman-491 , appreciate the advice. I am assuming the Multiple Choice task is able to identify the raw input from user, such as "I would like Apple, Pear and Orange" to "Apple, Pear, Orange;" before saving it into a variable?
f
That should be correct, but feel free to test it, and not just take my word for it 🙂
e
If Apple, Pear and Orange are among the fixed choices, it's gonna extract them

Is there a plan to make this feature better where people can actually select multiple options or is it always going to be type based?
