TL/DR: I cant have 2 developers working on the same bot, in differnt flows while using the Studio. I also cannot export/import or copy/paste cards and flows across different Bots. I would love to see both features in the product, locking the editor "per flow" and not per bot, and enable copy/paste or export/import of smaller parts of a bot like Cards, Flows. This is limiting the ability to scale the use of Botpress. The screenshot shows the warning for myself, but it's just to ilustrate what happens when a 2nd colaborator starts editing the bot, you get a similiar warning and can't save your work. As Bots become complex, it's ideal to split tasks amongst devs, working in different flows and I could not do that, it's a single user experience. Even copying the entire BOT to a DEV environment doesn't Help because you can copy/paste or export flows or cards between bots. Having no ability to import/export parts of the bot ( cards, flows, etc ) only the entire bot, and having a single user editing is a major problem for me and I believe others. I am building a small startup that I hope scales and grow a lot, and I want to keep using Botpress ! Hey ! The ability to edit a bot with others in real time is available in the Team plan I believe
b
yes, this feature has greatly simplified the creation of bots based on previously done work it's a pity that you can't copy 2-5 nodes or streams to other bots

Hey @breezy-piano-23067 Have you tried sharing workflows between bots via workflow hub?
w
Hi Ermek, this is a good feature, but why is not possible uninstall a workflow?
b
as far as i understand the hub gives the ability to publish a process. i need to share private processes
w
Hi Peter_GE, to share process this are the steps: - create a new workflow (your process) - create what you need - press button Share Workflow there are some limits, workflow cannot: - contain trigger - use
user
variable - use others workflows f the Share button stays gray on mouse over, a tooltip should display a message explaining why. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1255648008284934205/1296003373790658591/image.png?ex=6710b4b2&is=670f6332&hm=88d9b087b910d405598aba604a3abe64cf58eb0c1725c877e1a3bebf4b28120f&

yes, thanks for the instructions, but this way doesn't work for me i use user variables and it's important for me to copy private processes inside my bots
